2 Cordillera Police Leaders Earn Promotion to Lieutenant Colonel

Two officers of the Police Regional Office Cordillera (PRO CAR) formally assumed the rank of Police Lieutenant Colonel during the Simultaneous Oath-Taking and Donning of Ranks Ceremony held on June 15 at the PRO CAR Log Cabin in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet.


Promoted were PLTCOL Dominic L. Rosario of the Kalinga Police Provincial Office and PLTCOL Crispin D. Simon Jr. of the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division. The ceremony was led by PRO CAR Regional Director, Ericson D. Dilag, as part of the 2nd Quarter 2026 Continuous Promotion Program.


In his message, Dilag congratulated the newly promoted officers and emphasized that their advancement represents not only recognition of their accomplishments but also a greater responsibility to lead with integrity, professionalism, and accountability. He encouraged them to continue inspiring excellence among their personnel as they take on higher leadership roles within the organization.


The promotion of Rosario and Simon came after successfully passing the rigorous screening and evaluation process of the Promotion Board, reflecting their dedication, competence, and commitment to public service.


Also present during the ceremony were Henry M. Dungala, Julio S. Lizardo, Froiland B. Lopez, Arnold D. Razote, members of the regional staff, PRO CAR personnel, and the families of the promotees.
