US President Donald Trump has issued a severe warning to Tehran, stating that Iran would be "blown off the face of the earth" if it strikes one of their ships.

Trump said that US has struck seven Iranian "fast boats" using helicopters as it interfere with their project called " Project Freedom "

"We've shot down seven small boats or, as they like to call them, 'fast' boats. It's all they have left." Trump said. .

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi dismissed the U.S. operation, labeling it "Project Deadlock" rather than "Project Freedom."

"Make clear that there's no military solution to a political crisis", Araghchi cleared out.

Iranian state media then released a report that two small cargo vessels was hit instead resulting five civilians killed.

US claims that the merchant ships sailed through the strait on Monday however Iran called it "entirely false" saying that they fired warning shots against them which US Army denied.

The escalation extended beyond the naval skirmish, with U.S. allies reporting multiple strikes—both the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and South Korea reported strikes on ships within the vital channel as UAE reported a fire broke out at the Fujairah oil port following an Iranian attack.

"These attacks represent a dangerous escalation and an unacceptable transgression, posing a direct threat to the state's security, stability, and the safety of its territories," the UAE's foreign ministry said in a statement.

Despite this, shipping company Maersk then said that the US-flagged vessels has succeeded on exiting the Strait of Hormuz.
