VP SARA'S COUNSEL SUBMITS PROOF AGAINST MADRIAGA

Vice President Sara Duterte's legal counsel denied the claims of Ramil Madriaga that he is her bagman and he had worked with her since she was the Davao City Mayor, May 4, 2026.

On Madriaga's counter-affidavit over the 340-page complaint-affidavit for perjury Sara filed against him, Attorney Salvador Paolo Penelo Jr. said that they were given the opportunity to answer Madriaga's claim, and insisted that he was lying.

“Imposible yung mga ipinapatarang ni Ramil Madriaga laban sa kanya, so as expected, nung nag-file ng counter affidavit si Madriaga, wala po siyang nasagot na maayos. In fact, nung naglatag siya ng karagdagang ebidensiya eh lalo siyang nadiin kasi nadiskubre namin na nagsisinungaling nanaman siya,” Panelo shared with the reporters.

Panelo stated that he failed to prove his claims that he worked under the Vice President since 2018 and formed Inday Sara Is My President (ISIP) Pilipinas.

He also debunked all of the submitted photos, including Sara and him in an alleged "meeting," but Panelo claimed that Sen. Jinggoy Estrada and former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque were with them since it was a parallel meeting of 92 attendees with ISIP Pilipinas.
