A sanitary landfill collapsed Wednesday afternoon in New Carmen, Davao City, leaving one scavenger dead, two injured, and two women missing beneath the debris. Authorities recovered the body of a 30-year-old man who was buried under the collapsed garbage and later turned his remains over to his family.
