Chiz Escudero and his alleged 'bagman' Maynard Ngu may confront a precautionary Hold Departure Order (HDO) filed by the Office of the Ombudsman before the Sandiganbayan at Saturday over the flood control issue. This comes as Escudero face investigations over complaints of alleged plunder, graft, and bribery in the flood control scandal. Escudero has since refuted the allegations of his involvement in the flood control scandal and called it “a well-orchestrated plan to attack
