ALAS PILIPINAS BOUNCES BACK, SWEEPS KYRGYZSTAN IN AVC WOMEN'S NATIONS CUP

Alas Pilipinas Women bounced back with authority on Monday, sweeping aside Kyrgyzstan in dominant fashion to notch a crucial Pool A victory and keep its AVC Women’s Nations Cup campaign firmly on track.

Playing before a home crowd at the Candon City Arena, the Filipinas displayed superior firepower, defense, and composure from start to finish, preventing Kyrgyzstan from gaining any momentum en route to a dominant sweep. The victory came at a critical time for Alas Pilipinas as it sought to strengthen its standing in a highly competitive Pool A that also features South Korea, Chinese Taipei, Australia, and Uzbekistan.

The national squad established control early behind its aggressive service game and efficient attacks, forcing Kyrgyzstan into a series of errors while maintaining a comfortable lead throughout the match.
